Senior Account Manager – Smart Infrastructure & Electrification

About the role

The Senior Account Manager will drive revenue growth across strategic industrial and utility accounts as well as the broader Quebec market for Smart Infrastructure solutions. The role blends senior‑level account management with regional business development, acting as a trusted advisor while converting complex Electrification and Automation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans for assigned strategic customers.
• Build and maintain senior‑level relationships across customer organisations.
• Identify and expand share of wallet across hardware, software, and integrated solutions.
• Lead value‑creation workshops to position technical and commercial offerings.
• Qualify, negotiate, and close complex sales opportunities involving multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal business units to deliver integrated Electrification and Automation solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and a qualified pipeline of 2–3× annual target.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity within Quebec.
• Represent the organisation at industry events and contribute to go‑to‑market strategies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in account management or business development within Smart Infrastructure, Electrification, or Automation sectors.
