Senior Account Manager – Manufacturing Solutions

About the role

Active Dynamics is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join its Toronto team. You will drive growth by developing customer strategies, securing new business, and ensuring a positive experience for existing clients in the manufacturing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target and lead commercial opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
• Develop retention strategies and maximize share‑of‑wallet across accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers and influencers.
• Partner with program management and manufacturing to launch projects and deliver on customer commitments.
• Analyze markets and competitors to assess risks and opportunities.
• Maintain quote models in the CRM system and support profitability initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and travel to customer sites and trade events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or sales within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

• CRM systems (quote modeling and customer tracking).
