Security Guard Supervisor

About the role

ECS Canada Inc. is looking for a motivated Supervisor to lead its team of security guards in Québec. You will ensure that daily operations run smoothly, schedules are coordinated, and safety standards are upheld.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of security guard staff.
• Monitor shift coverage and respond to on‑call or emergency situations.
• Review work performance and provide feedback to improve service quality.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, CPR certification requirements, and relevant regulations.
• Prepare reports on staffing, incidents, and operational metrics.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 1 to less than 7 months of experience in security or a related field.
• Valid CPR certificate.
• Availability for shift work, on‑call duties, and night shift premiums.
• Fluency in English or French.
