Security Analyst

About the role

Join Canada’s Wonderland’s security team as a Security Analyst, where you will use park systems and data tools to protect guests and associates. You will analyze large data sets, identify trends, and support investigations to maintain a safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyze large volumes of data using park software and data‑collection tools.
• Identify and report trends that impact security operations.
• Advise Security Management on strategic operational decisions.
• Assist internal and external investigations with surveillance, data‑mining and other analytical tools.
• Liaise with external agencies, internal departments, and guests to investigate security threats.
• Prepare timely reports, documentation, and maintain accurate filing.
• Participate in learning opportunities to expand security knowledge.

Required profile

• Enrolled in or graduated from a post‑secondary program in security investigations, statistics, computer security, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (MS Suite) and other data‑analysis software.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and professional attitude.
• Capable of handling pressure and meeting flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
