About the role
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join the team at Sherway Gardens. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience by blending fashion expertise with the brand’s heritage.
Key responsibilities
- Suggest outfit looks that incorporate current trends and promotions, aligning with Levi’s service approach.
- Promote the Levi’s omni‑experience and engage customers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
- Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy while maintaining satisfaction.
- Handle cash, process shipments, set the sales floor, manage markdowns and replenish merchandise.
- Ensure compliance with all store policies, procedures, and visual standards.
Required profile
- Fashion‑savvy with an interest in current trends.
- Enjoys a fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform constant standing, walking, and other physical tasks.
- Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16 years.
