About the role
We are looking for energetic individuals to join our vineyard team for the upcoming season. As a Fruit Farm Worker you will support the cultivation and harvest of grapes in a beautiful rural setting near Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Key responsibilities
- Hoe between rows and maintain weed‑free aisles.
- Clean greenhouse areas and keep work sites tidy.
- Guide shoots to optimal positions and tie vines securely.
- Plant, cultivate, irrigate and manage vine canopy growth.
- Manually remove suckers and water sprouts.
- Harvest grapes and handle crops with care.
- Perform general vineyard upkeep, including weeding and handling loads up to 23 kg.
Required profile
- Ability to work outdoors in wet, dusty, hot and dirty conditions.
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, crouching, kneeling and lifting heavy loads.
- Attention to detail and ability to distinguish colours.
- Reliability, flexibility and teamwork orientation.
- Availability for early‑morning, evening, night, day or weekend shifts.
Required skills
What we offer
- Hourly wage starting at $17.60 CAD.
- Seasonal full‑time schedule with flexible shift options.
- Training provided for candidates with no prior experience.
