About the role

PwC's business application consulting practice in Toronto offers a manager-level opportunity in SAP consulting, supporting clients who want to maximise the value of their SAP investment. As SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition, SmartRecruiters and Onboarding Manager, you will design, configure and document the relevant modules and help clients adopt the solution.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current business requirements and processes and recommend or develop solutions to meet client needs
• Design, configure and document SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition (SmartRecruiters and Onboarding) modules based on business requirements
• Assist in developing functional specifications for developments
• Help with testing, including developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios
• Support application support, system testing and end-user training

Required profile

• Proven experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition (SmartRecruiters and Onboarding) modules
• Knowledge of key integration points between SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Ability to interpret business requirements and give clear recommendations
• Experience working with cloud implementation methodology and project planning, including at least four full-cycle implementations
• Experience leading teams in SAP SuccessFactors projects for Talent Acquisition modules
• Experience leading client workshops and creating documentation and training materials

The salary range is $112,400 - $162,400, with possible variable incentive pay for eligible employees. The position follows the departure of a valued team member.
