Associate Director, Technology Enablement

About the role

Klick, a life sciences ecosystem founded in 1997 with offices in New York, Philadelphia, Saratoga Springs, Toronto, London, São Paulo and Singapore, is hiring an Associate Director, Technology Enablement in Toronto. The role guides the delivery of complex technology solutions across web, CRM and omnichannel ecosystems, acting as a bridge between technology and delivery teams so that projects are planned, executed and launched with clarity, quality and operational consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery across multiple technology projects, keeping timelines, scope and budget aligned.
• Drive consistency and quality across planning, build, testing and launch phases.
• Define technical task plans and work with the PMO on scheduling, dependencies and resourcing.
• Review requirements and technical documentation for clarity, feasibility and completeness.
• Partner with teams to track risks, manage delivery challenges and support scalable, compliant solutions.

Required profile

• 7+ years delivering web, CRM or omnichannel technology solutions, ideally in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Experience managing cross-functional technology teams and multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Ability to interpret and communicate technical requirements, documentation and design assets.
• Strong collaboration skills with creative, strategy and technology partners, including client-facing discussions.
• Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with web and CRM platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager or Contentful.
• Desired: experience supporting pharma marketing or medical-affairs programs, background as a business systems analyst, knowledge of healthcare compliance, privacy or FDA-related standards, experience in technology consulting or omnichannel program delivery, familiarity with healthcare data standards or marketing-operations workflows, and experience integrating AI tools into work.

The base salary range is CAD 110,000 - 130,000, depending on location, skills, education and experience. The posting is for an existing vacancy and is listed as hybrid.
