SAP Integration Senior Manager (Bilingual FR/EN)

About the role

PwC Canada is hiring a new SAP Integration Senior Manager (bilingual French/English) in Toronto. The role sits within the advisory line of service and covers consulting services for SAP applications: analysing client needs, implementing software solutions and providing training and support for the integration and use of SAP applications. The position is open to candidates who can support both French-speaking and English-speaking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define the overall SAP integration strategy, principles, standards, design patterns, reusable templates and reference architecture across SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Maintain an integration inventory covering systems, business processes, data objects, dependencies, ownership, criticality and go-live priorities.
• Lead integration architecture decisions for cloud, on-premise, hybrid, API-led, event-driven, B2B, managed file transfer and batch integration scenarios.
• Govern integration designs for enterprise architecture, security, data privacy, SAP clean core, scalability, resiliency, monitoring and maintainability.
• Facilitate workshops on requirements, triggers, data flows, transformation rules, exception handling, reconciliation and non-functional requirements.
• Turn business and functional requirements into design documents, interface specifications, mapping documents, test scripts, deployment notes and runbooks.
• Lead or oversee design, development, configuration and unit testing of integrations, and define the integration testing strategy (system integration, regression, performance, security, UAT, mock cutover, operational readiness).
• Manage defects, root-cause analysis, retesting, quality control and progress reporting.
• Embed security-by-design requirements and coordinate cutover planning, transport readiness, partner readiness, go-live support, stabilization and hypercare.
• Prepare support teams for steady state with runbooks, monitoring, escalation paths and knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in SAP integration delivery.
• Experience leading SAP integration workstreams through full lifecycle implementations, transformations, upgrades, migrations or integration modernization programs; supporting at least three full lifecycle SAP implementations is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience delivering SAP integration work for French-speaking clients across at least two to three projects, including bilingual workshops, documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in English and French.

Required skills

• Hands-on or lead-level experience with SAP Integration Suite, Cloud Integration, SAP PI/PO, APIs, event-driven, file-based, B2B integration and third-party middleware.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BTP and at least one major SAP cloud domain.
• Knowledge of IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, OData, SOAP, REST, API Management, Event Mesh and hybrid integration environments.
• Security, authentication, encryption, access controls, logging, audit, monitoring, error handling, reconciliation and resiliency.
• Workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, structured documentation and communication.
• SAP certifications in Integration Suite, BTP, Open Connectors, API Management, PI/PO, S/4HANA or related modules are preferred but not mandatory.

The salary range is $168,000 - $218,000, based on skills, experience, qualifications and location; eligible employees may also join variable incentive pay programs.
