SAP Development Technical Lead / Manager (Hybrid, Canada)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Development Technical Lead to join our Enterprise Applications practice. The role is hybrid, based anywhere in Canada with a preference for Vancouver, and involves both client‑facing and delivery responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to translate business challenges into SAP‑based technology solutions.
• Provide end‑to‑end SAP development and integration expertise across design, build, testing, deployment and support.
• Guide, mentor and oversee junior team members while fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment.
• Ensure project teams, vendors and system integrators follow approved delivery methodologies, technical standards and best practices.
• Lead large‑scale SAP engagements, monitor progress, manage risks and keep stakeholders informed.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading SAP projects and delivering custom SAP solutions.
• Strong analytical skills to assess functional and non‑functional requirements and propose custom options.
• Excellent communication and client‑management abilities, able to set expectations at multiple stakeholder levels.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑changing technology environment.
