SAP Controlling Lead (Finance & Controlling)

About the role

The SAP Controlling Lead will drive the design and optimisation of financial controlling processes within Accenture’s Advanced Technology Centres. Reporting to the Business Architecture Associate Manager, the role focuses on SAP CO modules, aligning cost and profit centre accounting with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current controlling processes and propose scalable SAP CO solutions.
• Design future‑state processes for Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting and Management Accounting.
• Collaborate with FP&A and finance teams to support planning, reporting and decision‑making.
• Integrate SAP CO with Project Systems (PS) and other financial modules.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent college program in a related field.
• Strong experience in SAP Controlling (CO) covering Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Order and CO‑PA.
• Proven ability to analyse and redesign financial processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English; French is an asset.
