Sales Representative – Retail Activation Events

About the role

Neo, a fast‑growing Canadian fintech, is seeking energetic Sales Representatives to promote its credit card, money account and other products at activation events such as malls, campuses and retail partners. You will be the face of Neo, engaging directly with consumers to sign them up on the spot.

Key responsibilities

• Attend scheduled activation events across the city and represent Neo’s brand.
• Engage visitors, explain product benefits and guide them through the sign‑up process.
• Track performance in real‑time via the Neo App and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales outcomes.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about sharing fintech products with the community.
• Willingness to travel to various locations throughout the city.
• Motivated by commission and performance bonuses.
• Previous experience in direct sales, door‑to‑door, telemarketing, retail or marketing is a plus.
