Sales Representative – Material Handling Equipment

About the role

We are looking for a driven Sales Representative to join Williams Machinery in Prince George, BC. You will focus on hunting new business across Northwest BC, selling and renting material handling equipment while building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers throughout Prince George and the Northwest BC region.
• Develop and manage a full sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals.
• Conduct on‑site equipment walk‑arounds, live demonstrations and provide tailored sales or rental solutions.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts while continuously opening new opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor, representing Williams Machinery in the field.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in equipment, industrial or automotive sectors.
• Hunter mindset with a proven track record of prospecting and winning new business.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to travel across Northwest BC and occasional trips to the U.S.
• Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record.
