Sales Representative – B2B Supply Chain & Logistics (Alberta)

About the role

Chit Chats Express is seeking a Sales Representative to drive B2B growth in the supply chain and logistics sector across Alberta. You will identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities into active shipping clients, helping Canadian entrepreneurs ship more simply and affordably.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads through outbound outreach, inbound inquiries, referrals, marketplace research and re‑activation campaigns.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client shipping volume, carrier usage, pain points, platform integrations and growth potential.
• Qualify prospects based on commercial fit, shipping profile, compliance, operational feasibility and revenue potential.
• Present Chit Chats solutions, prepare pricing comparisons, savings summaries and proposals tailored to each client.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager, Data, Product and Operations teams to address complex pricing or service‑fit questions.
• Maintain accurate lead, opportunity and client data in the CRM and track all outreach activity.
• Coordinate hand‑off to Onboarding and Account Management for a smooth client transition.
• Provide market feedback to inform product improvements, marketing campaigns and partnership opportunities.

Required skills
