Sales Merchandiser – Part‑Time Field Role

About the role

Join a national sales and merchandising network supporting a leading Consumer Packaged Goods brand. This part‑time position involves working in stores across Lethbridge, Pincher Creek and Taber, helping to drive sales and maintain brand presence on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Execute client retail priorities such as product distribution, building and maintaining displays, and shelf detailing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management to support sales and merchandising efforts.
• Provide in‑store merchandising support, including planogram updates, correcting out‑of‑stocks, ensuring product freshness and maintaining shelf standards.
• Prepare and submit performance reports, often covering multiple stores in a single day.
• Share actionable field insights to identify growth opportunities and improve program execution.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle.
• Reliable internet access for scheduling and training communications.
• Experience in merchandising, especially within Walmart and grocery retail channels.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor when interacting with store personnel and the public.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage time effectively across several locations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using reporting tools and digital mobile applications for scheduling, time entry and data collection.
