Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join MioCommerce’s fast‑growing SaaS team. Working remotely from Canada or the United States, you will be the first point of contact for prospective home‑service and local SMB customers, generating qualified leads and booking demos for our Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound outreach via phone, email and social channels to identify and engage potential customers.
• Qualify inbound leads, assess fit based on business type, needs and readiness to adopt MioCommerce.
• Articulate MioCommerce’s value proposition and book high‑quality product demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate lead data in the CRM and track performance against monthly KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging, targeting and lead quality.
• Continuously learn the product to educate prospects and uncover upsell opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an SDR or outbound sales role, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a persistent, self‑motivated attitude.
• Comfortable with high‑volume outreach, rapid experimentation and meeting KPI targets.
• Coachability and eagerness to adopt modern sales techniques.
• Experience selling to SMBs or home‑service companies is a plus.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or similar CRM) proficiency.
