Sales Development Representative

About the role

Join a fast‑growing healthcare SaaS company and help medspas, cosmetic surgery clinics, and other practices streamline operations. As a Sales Development Representative you will be the first point of contact, generating qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospect new clinic owners, doctors, and practice managers.
• Introduce BoomerangFX’s practice management and digital marketing solutions.
• Qualify leads and schedule product demos for senior sales staff.
• Communicate the value proposition and handle objections effectively.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM system.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly demo‑booking targets.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or outbound sales roles.
• Proven ability to conduct high‑volume cold calling and prospecting.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection‑handling skills.
• Competitive mindset with a focus on meeting sales targets.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or digital‑marketing sales is a plus.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary $40,000‑$45,000 plus OTE $90,000‑$100,000.
• Commission structure: $25 for discovery, $75 per qualified demo, $150 for demos that convert.
• Eligibility for company stock‑option plan after six months.
