About the role
The Sales Development Manager (SDM) is a field sales representative responsible for uncovering and capitalising on sales opportunities across a variety of customer channels, including grocery, mass merchandisers, convenience stores, restaurants and bars in the Montreal territory. This hourly, relief position focuses on driving profitable growth for Coke Canada’s beverage portfolio while delivering high‑level customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Execute customer promotional plans, incremental displays and equipment placements.
- Implement channel and customer promotions aligned with national brand strategies.
- Manage time and territory efficiently to maximise face‑to‑face selling opportunities.
- Build or modify displays, end caps, racks and coolers according to company standards.
- Provide prompt resolution of customer issues and maintain strong relationships.
- Lift, carry and position products up to 50 lb (22 kg) above shoulder height without assistance.
Required profile
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Post‑secondary education in a business‑related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in consumer goods.
- Experience with direct store delivery sales and major account management is an asset.
- Fluent in French.
