Sales Associate – Retail (Part‑time, Vancouver)

About the role

Mountain Warehouse is looking for a passionate Sales Associate to join its Vancouver store on a part‑time, permanent basis. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere, maintain high presentation standards and ensure the shop runs smoothly while prioritising health, safety and customer wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues to foster an inclusive, supportive team environment and share knowledge with new and existing staff.
• Assist with day‑to‑day store operations, process transactions efficiently and comply with company policies.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organised and visually appealing; stock and display products attractively.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product features, promotions and pricing to advise customers accurately.
• Set up and execute in‑store promotions and visual displays to drive sales.
• Build strong connections with customers, understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Work with the team to meet and exceed sales targets and support store management in identifying growth opportunities.
