Sales Associate – Eyewear (Contract)

About the role

Holt Renfrew is seeking a contract Sales Associate specialized in eyewear to deliver exceptional service and drive sales in a luxury retail environment. You will build lasting relationships with clients, promote the brand’s eyewear collections, and contribute to the store’s financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary, personalized service to every customer.
• Achieve and exceed sales and service targets through proactive client acquisition and retention.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, perform floor recovery, and update pricing.
• Communicate with personal clients via phone, email, and other electronic channels about events, new arrivals, and follow‑ups.
• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with management on escalated matters.
