Room Attendant

About the role

Join the iconic Fairmont family as a Room Attendant at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, a luxury resort located in Banff National Park. You will help create a welcoming and luxurious experience for guests by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and public areas.

Key responsibilities

• Make beds, change sheets and towels, and ensure rooms are guest‑ready.
• Clean washroom facilities, including toilets, bathtubs, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures.
• Vacuum floors, draperies, and upholstered furniture; dust furniture and fixtures.
• Remove and sort linen, garbage, and recycling according to hotel procedures.
• Re‑arrange furniture to its original position and attend to guests’ personal belongings, such as pairing shoes and folding clothes.

Required profile

• Prior housekeeping experience is an asset.
• Physically capable of repetitive pushing, pulling, bending and heavy lifting.
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends, overnights and other non‑day shifts as needed.
