Room Attendant (Hotel Housekeeping)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Room Attendant to join our hotel housekeeping team. You will be responsible for maintaining clean and welcoming guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and comfort for all guests.

Key responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
• Dust furniture and vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture.
• Make beds, change sheets and restock linen closets.
• Distribute clean towels and toiletries.
• Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• Clean and disinfect elevators.
• Handle and report lost and found items.
• Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
• Provide basic information on hotel facilities.
• Pick up debris, empty trash containers and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Wash windows, walls and ceilings.
• Address customer complaints or concerns.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical stamina for repetitive tasks, heavy loads, bending, crouching and kneeling.
• Strong attention to detail and punctuality.
• Team player with reliable interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility, initiative and good judgement.
