Revenue Operations Manager

About the role

The Revenue Operations Manager will drive operational excellence across sales, revenue growth and cross‑functional initiatives. Reporting to Revenue Operations leadership, you will align tools, processes and data to enable the sales organization and support strategic expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement sales enablement strategies, onboarding programs and a revenue operations playbook that improve efficiency and support revenue targets.
• Manage the technology stack, including vendor selection, setup, user access and data integrity for accurate reporting.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of customer data, analyze market intelligence on wins and losses, and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
• Enable revenue growth by creating workflows, assigning territories, generating call lists, validating deals and coordinating event logistics and renewal processes.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Information Security and HR to ensure compliance, budget management and alignment with organizational policies.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or a related fast‑paced revenue‑generating environment.
• Proven ability to design and execute strategies, workflows and processes that align with business objectives.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of building reports or dashboards that drive data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Success.
