Retail Team Member

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Team Member to join our Circle K store in Gibbons, Alberta. The position offers both part‑time and full‑time schedules with flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly and fast customer service.
• Operate the cash register and handle payments accurately.
• Stock and organize shelves, coolers, and food‑beverage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store interior and exterior.
• Receive, verify, and organize deliveries.
• Follow food‑safety, store policies, and procedural guidelines.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (no public bus service to the site).
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and available for varied shifts.
• Previous experience in convenience store, retail, food service, or customer service is an asset.
• Willingness to obtain required certificates (First Aid, Food Safety, etc.) after hiring.
