Retail Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Team Leader to join our store management team. In this role you will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in delivering excellent daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, merchandising, and store safety.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and coach store associates, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee store merchandising, shelf stocking, and handling daily shipments.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Manage manager‑on‑duty duties including breaks, time‑keeping and attendance.
• Address customer complaints promptly and resolve issues.
• Perform cash management, opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Participate in inventory processes and employee training.
• Assist with hiring, performance management and follow‑up on assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Open availability for day, evening and weekend shifts.
• Strong leadership, communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ambition to grow within the company.
