About the role

Kiokii is a fast‑growing retail platform that brings Asian beauty and lifestyle products to North America. As a Retail Team Lead you will set the standard for sales excellence and customer service, guiding store associates to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist store management in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring efficient workflows.
• Provide clear direction, support, and training to store associates.
• Maintain store conditions to meet company standards and health & safety regulations.
• Support staffing efforts aligned with business needs.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Drive sales performance by meeting store targets and key metrics.
• Assist with store opening and setup activities.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Passion for the Asian beauty industry and commitment to continuous learning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic retail environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Knowledge of retail store operations, merchandising, and customer service standards.
