Retail Team Lead (Full-time)

About the role

As a Retail Team Lead at RW&CO, you will work closely with the Store Manager and the management team to keep daily operations running smoothly while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This full‑time position combines hands‑on leadership, visual merchandising, and operational oversight in a fast‑paced fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support store performance by contributing to sales targets and aligning with company KPIs.
• Assist with opening/closing routines, cash handling, loss‑prevention, and scheduling.
• Maintain high standards of visual presentation and merchandising to create an inviting store atmosphere.
• Coach and develop team members through training, feedback, and performance monitoring.
• Communicate effectively with the Store Manager to ensure alignment on priorities and timely execution of action plans.
• Lead on the sales floor, resolve customer concerns, and model a customer‑first mindset.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience in a retail or customer‑focused setting.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to motivate a team, manage multiple tasks, and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lb, and use a step ladder.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Familiarity with ATS systems.
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
