Retail Stylist – Eaton Center

About the role

Levi’s is seeking a part‑time Retail Stylist for its Eaton Center store in Toronto. The role blends fashion knowledge with customer service, helping shoppers discover Levi’s products while upholding the brand’s heritage and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Levi Strauss & Co.’s history and product line.
• Provide exceptional customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets.
• Follow cash‑handling, security, safety, and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Assist with stock replenishment, security tagging, and pricing as needed.
• Maintain visual presentation and housekeeping standards.
• Execute rapid floor refill using RFID‑enabled inventory processes.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, squat, and bend for extended periods.
• Minimum one year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Structured, organized, methodical, consistent, and adaptable.

Required skills

• Basic technology proficiency with iOS devices.
• Device troubleshooting basics.
• Familiarity with RFID inventory systems.
