About the role
We are seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to lead our Brampton location. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules.
- Hire, train, and conduct performance reviews for staff.
- Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory.
- Sell merchandise and manage cash handling.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of retail experience.
- Accurate, client‑focused, and organized with strong oral communication.
- Reliable team player with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
