Sales Performance & Category Management Analyst

About the role

Agropur is looking for a Sales Performance & Category Management Analyst in St-Hubert, Quebec. The analyst turns data into actionable recommendations and works closely with the Sales, Marketing and Category Management teams to improve sales performance, market share and in-store product performance. The role also covers space management and planogramming for the milk category.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance, market trends and category results, and identify growth opportunities
• Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards and analyses, and ensure data integrity and governance
• Recommend process improvements and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Category Management teams
• Act as a key resource in space management for the milk category
• Develop and optimize planograms to maximize product visibility and performance
• Analyze shelf-space productivity, assortments and product rotation, and recommend strategies to optimize shelf space and in-store execution

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in the food or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English, written and spoken
• Ability to translate data into clear business recommendations and influence key stakeholders

Required skills

• Strong sales and commercial data analysis and KPI skills
• Advanced Excel
• Nielsen experience
• Planogramming tools such as ProSpace are an asset
