About the role

Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Store Manager at Square One Shopping Centre in Mississauga. You will lead a store team to deliver memorable guest experiences, uphold LEGO’s brand values, and drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire and coach a team of sales associates to provide exceptional LEGO‑branded experiences.
• Achieve and exceed key performance indicators, including sales targets, NPS scores, and mystery‑shop results.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising, store cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee loss prevention, cash handling, and point‑of‑sale processes.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage payroll for store staff.
• Collaborate with peers and corporate partners to drive overall business performance.

• Proven management experience in a retail environment.
• Strong ability to motivate, develop, and retain a high‑performing team.
