About the role

The Retail Store Coordinator supports daily store operations, ensuring high‑quality customer service, effective merchandise movement, and visually appealing displays. You will work closely with associates and management to maintain standards and drive sales in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain operational standards and communicate updates to staff.
• Plan, prioritize, and direct associate tasks in collaboration with management.
• Train and develop associates on merchandise presentation and customer service excellence.
• Coordinate timely movement of merchandise to keep the sales floor organized and attractive.
• Create inspirational visual displays that align with brand and sales strategies.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of relevant retail or service industry experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
