About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Retail Store Associates to join our Marshalls team in St. John’s on a part‑time basis. You will help create a welcoming shopping environment and support daily store operations while developing valuable retail skills.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile, answer questions and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Perform cashier duties, process transactions and handle returns.
• Assist in fitting rooms, stock the sales floor and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Support back‑room activities such as receiving merchandise and inventory checks.
• Participate in training and development programs to grow your retail knowledge.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
