Retail Store Associate – Alexander Keith’s Brewery

About the role

Join Labatt Brewing Company Limited as a Retail Store Associate at our Alexander Keith’s Brewery location in Halifax. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, share knowledge about our beer and merchandise, and represent the brand in a vibrant retail environment. The role offers flexible scheduling with 25‑30 hours per week, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and provides overtime pay in accordance with labour laws.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a positive customer experience through service excellence in our Alexander Keith’s Retail store.
• Support customers in their purchases through knowledge of our beer and merchandise selection as well as our brewery tour experience.
• Manage customer inquiries through emails and telephone calls.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and well‑stocked workspace.
• Complete daily opening and closing duties.
• Act as an ambassador of the Alexander Keith’s Brewery.

Required profile

• Must be 19 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Well organized and an enthusiastic attitude.
• Previous retail or hospitality experience would be an asset.
