About the role
Join Sobeys as an In‑Store Bakery Clerk in Halifax and help deliver fresh baked goods to customers. You will provide friendly service, maintain a clean work area, and support the bakery team across multiple store locations.
Key responsibilities
- Adhere to food safety, health and safety, and corporate policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and process bakery orders.
- Prepare, display, and merchandise bakery products.
- Promote bakery items to increase store sales.
- Order, receive, and control inventory, including handling shrink.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist in training junior staff and perform other duties as required.
