About the role
Join Marshalls in St. John’s as a part‑time Retail Sales Associate. You will be the front‑line representative, greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and helping maintain a welcoming store environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide product information.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and manage merchandise returns.
- Stock shelves, organize back‑room inventory, and keep the sales floor tidy.
- Support teammates in various store tasks to achieve sales goals.
