Retail Sales Advisor – Fashion

About the role

As a Sales Advisor at H&M you will deliver excellent customer service, guide shoppers through the store and omni‑channel experience, and use your fashion knowledge to create a memorable shopping journey.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, answering product questions and promoting fashion trends.
• Actively promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in‑store sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain garment care, refill stock, steam items and ensure tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house areas.
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas following best practices.
• Support visual merchandising, stock replenishment and attractive product displays.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and follow health & safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Passionate about fashion and up‑to‑date with current trends.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to engage customers.
• Team‑oriented attitude, ready to share knowledge and give/receive feedback.

Required skills

• Familiarity with in‑store technology such as Instore Care App, Click & Collect and Smart Store tools.
