About the role
We are looking for reliable, energetic Merchandising Representatives to support a leading manufacturer’s Direct Store Delivery (DSD) program in big‑box retail stores. You will work directly with the client’s products after delivery, keeping shelves and displays organized, well‑stocked and ready for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Stock and replenish products following DSD deliveries.
- Rotate product to ensure freshness and quality.
- Build and maintain displays and promotional signage.
- Monitor inventory levels and process damaged, expired, or unsaleable items.
- Use smartphone apps to collect data, take photos and complete reports.
Required profile
- Prior experience in retail, grocery, warehouse or merchandising environments.
- Ability to lift, bend, stretch and stand for extended periods.
- Confident communication with store management, staff and other vendors.
- Self‑managed daily priorities and ability to work independently.
- Professional appearance, attitude and conduct at all times.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
