Retail Execution Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Execution Manager to work closely with dealers and store staff across Manitoba and Saskatchewan. You will train store teams, improve operational processes and drive sales, customer traffic and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with dealers and store personnel to enhance the customer experience.
• Deliver in‑store training on operations, logistics, receiving, eCommerce and best practices.
• Support re‑merchandising and capital projects with logistics and eCommerce expertise.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders, track milestones and ensure targets are met.
• Build strong relationships with District Sales Managers and provide tools for positive change.

Required profile

• 5+ years of progressive retail experience within Canadian Tire or a comparable environment (store manager or general manager level).
• Highly energetic, able to motivate teams and adapt to a fast‑changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.

Required skills

• AS400 reporting.
• Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Project management experience, preferably in field merchandising.
