About the role
We are seeking a Retail Customer Service Associate to join our AI training team on a contract basis. You will work remotely from Canada, helping to improve AI chatbots that handle retail customer interactions by measuring progress, evaluating logic, and refining model performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assign complex, realistic retail scenarios to AI chatbots and assess their responses.
- Measure and report on chatbot performance, correctness, and logical consistency.
- Identify issues, propose solutions, and collaborate to enhance model quality.
- Conduct research and fact‑checking to ensure accurate information in chatbot outputs.
Required profile
- Fluent in English at a native or bilingual level.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be located in Canada and able to work independently as a contractor.
