Restaurant Supervisor – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to lead our food and beverage outlets at a luxury Relais & Châteaux property on Vancouver Island. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide motivational, day‑to‑day leadership for all restaurant and bar operations.
• Ensure guest service meets and exceeds Relais & Châteaux, Michelin Two‑Key, AAA Four‑Diamond and Forbes standards.
• Assist with training, development and product knowledge of team members.
• Support financial performance by monitoring expenditures, revenues and daily financial goals.
• Handle administrative tasks such as payroll assistance, menu updates, printing and Silverware POS programming.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality.
• Strong communication, multi‑tasking ability and passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and to fostering an inclusive, supportive workplace.
• Willingness to work primarily AM shifts.
