Restaurant Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Restaurant Supervisor to lead our front‑of‑house team in delivering high‑quality food and service. In this role you will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain standards, and support staff development in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage work schedules to meet service demands.
• Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Monitor food quality and service to ensure compliance with quality control standards.
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and waste.
• Supervise food service counter attendants and food preparers.

Required profile

• Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
• 1–2 years of experience in a restaurant or food‑service setting.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
