About the role
We are seeking an energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our Firehouse Subs location in Thunder Bay. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure profitability while delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and develop budgets to boost and maintain restaurant profits.
- Evaluate daily operations and adjust food preparation methods and menu prices.
- Monitor revenues, labour costs, and staff performance.
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily operations, including recruiting, scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
- Balance cash, complete balance sheets and cash reports.
- Organize and maintain inventory while ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
- Address customer complaints and provide high‑quality service.
