About the role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Chilliwack location. The role involves overseeing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining inventory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate daily operations
- Monitor staff performance
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Set staff work schedules
- Supervise staff
- Train staff
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
Required profile
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 3 to less than 5 years in restaurant management
- Supervision: Responsible for 11‑15 staff members
