About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our busy establishment in Fraser Lake. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent service, maintaining inventory, and complying with health and liquor regulations.

Key responsibilities

Set staff work schedules, supervise and train a team of 5‑10 employees.
Determine service offerings, implement operational procedures, and enforce provincial liquor legislation.
Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and manage catering arrangements.
Address customer complaints, provide high‑level customer service, and participate in marketing initiatives.
Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations.

Required profile

Accurate and detail‑oriented with strong client focus.
Dependable, flexible, and organized.
Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player who can work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
