About the role
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our busy location in Gatineau. You will ensure smooth service delivery, maintain high standards of safety and quality, and drive customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, organize and supervise all daily restaurant activities.
- Define service offerings and implement operational procedures.
- Manage cash handling, balance sheets, and financial reporting.
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee supplier negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and promote the brand.
- Lead, train and schedule staff while addressing customer complaints promptly.
Required profile
- Strong client focus and excellent oral communication.
- Dependable, organized and flexible with the ability to multitask.
