About the role
We are looking for an Apprentice Baker to join our retail bake shop in Gatineau. The role focuses on preparing desserts and pastries in a fast‑paced environment, requiring manual dexterity and the ability to distinguish colours. Candidates should have 2 to less than 3 years of experience, be available for morning and day shifts, and will benefit from free parking on site. This permanent part‑time position offers the chance to develop baking skills under the guidance of experienced staff while working in a clean, fast‑moving bakery setting. The job involves standing for extended periods and maintaining high standards of hygiene and product quality.
