About the role
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our Waterloo location of Church's Texas Chicken. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring profitability while delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and develop budgets to boost and maintain restaurant profits.
- Determine costs for food, ingredients, supplies, and manage inventory.
- Set staff work schedules and supervise a team of 1‑2 people.
- Evaluate daily operations and address customer complaints.
- Organize events and ensure high‑quality customer service.
Required profile
- College/CEGEP education.
- 2‑3 years of restaurant management experience.
- Organized and detail‑oriented.
- Team player comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
