About the role
Caramba Restaurant is looking for an energetic Restaurant Manager to lead its Whistler location. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering excellent guest experiences, and driving team performance.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan and organize daily restaurant operations.
- Set staff work schedules, supervise and train team members.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement operational procedures.
- Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies and with clients for catering or facility use.
- Address customer complaints and ensure high service standards.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
