About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Reservations Manager to lead our front‑desk operations at Bar Oso in Whistler. You will ensure smooth booking processes, uphold service standards and support a high‑energy hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement daily operational policies and procedures for the reservations desk.
- Supervise and schedule front‑desk staff, conduct performance reviews and deliver training sessions.
- Handle front‑desk duties, including managing bookings, check‑ins and guest inquiries.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and enforce established policies.
Required profile
- Strong client focus with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Efficient interpersonal abilities, flexibility, initiative and a proven team‑player attitude.
